Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of STOFFE’s choosing, being posted worldwide as registered mail where available. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days. Please wait 21 days prior to report potentially non-delivered items.
R E T U R N P O L I C Y
Please get in touch at contact[at]stoffe.xyz with replacement requests. Goods that are faulty must be returned to STOFFE, c/o Konstantin Bessonov, Schumannstr. 57, 22083 Hamburg, Germany within 14 working days of the item being received by the customer. Replacements may be subject to shipping costs with the amount being dependant on customer location & weight of product.
